The Initial Franchise Fee – $39,500

JungleQuest’s initial franchise fee includes an exclusive territory and use of JungleQuest’s federally registered trademark and other proprietary marks. We offer each franchisee several expansion options, including a multi-unit program, which allows franchisees the opportunity to operate additional JungleQuest facilities for reduced initial franchise fees. An area development program is also available to enable franchisees to acquire a larger development territory which allows franchisees to open multiple locations over an extended period of time.

Facilities Acquisition, Marketing and Training Fee – $25,000

JungleQuest makes it easier for you to start your new business by offering a comprehensive site development and launch package. We take the worries out of construction and opening and let you focus on what’s really important – getting ready to take care of customers. Services provided include:

• Site selection assistance
• Support with the architecture/construction of your facility
• Comprehensive 10 day training support
• Assistance in working with key vendors to get preferred pricing on equipment such as climbing walls, harnesses, cables, etc.
• Compelling marketing materials and an initial inventory including sample ads, promotions, letterhead and business cards

Development Costs – $478,000 to $675,000

Other development costs include: Real estate leasing; architectural fees; leasehold improvements; furniture, fixtures and equipment; signage; computer hardware and software; start-up marketing expenses; pre-opening costs and expenses; and working capital for the first three months of operation.
